Highlights about the meetings include:

Tempe, Arizona: A medical marijuana cultivation facility requested a reduction in the separation requirements from a church and a residential zoning district;

California: The Cannabis Control Appeals Panel will review draft regulations; the municipalities of Oceanside and Marysville will propose amendments to laws to permit commercial cannabis activities; and the city of Davis will review a special use permit for a retail cannabis establishment;

Lander County, Nevada will review a special use permit for a medical / recreational cultivation and production facility;

Josephine County, Oregon will establish regulations for non-conforming marijuana production; and
-
Newton Township, Pennsylvania will amend regulations to permit medical marijuana establishments.
