The Missouri Senate introduced Bill No. 335 to ban medical marijuana products that would be attractive to persons younger than eighteen years of age. The list of banned products includes gummies, lollipops, cotton candy or any product that is labeled as candy. Medical marijuana products also may not be shaped as animals, fruit or humans. The bill also authorizes the Department of Health and Human Services to bring enforcement actions, that may include administrative fines, against entities that violate this provision.
